1. Coupon Purchase Cancellation

Once food coupons are purchased, the order cannot be cancelled. Coupons are issued instantly in digital or physical form and are ready for immediate use.

2. Non-Refundable Nature

All food coupons are non-refundable and non-transferable unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase or required under applicable laws.

3. Partial or Full Usage

Food coupons that have been partially or fully used are not eligible for cancellation, refund, or replacement under any circumstances.

4. Technical Errors

In case of technical issues, duplicate transactions, or failed coupon delivery, customers must report the issue within 24–48 hours of purchase. After verification, a suitable resolution may be provided at the company’s discretion.

5. Merchant Acceptance Issues

No cancellation or refund will be issued if a merchant refuses acceptance due to operational issues, temporary outages, or policy changes beyond our control.

6. Coupon Expiry

All food coupons must be redeemed within their validity period. Expired coupons cannot be cancelled, refunded, or revalidated.

7. Company Discretion

The company reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests after internal verification and fraud prevention checks.
